All our loss prevention officers undergo three additional training courses beyond their Basic Security Training (B.S.T) and Advanced Security Training (A.S.T) before starting their roles. They also earn an in-house loss prevention training certificate, which must be renewed annually. To maintain their certification, officers must complete and pass our annual in-house loss prevention training.
