Armour has undertaken the following measures to ensure employment equity and diversity in the workplace:

The appointment of its Human Resources Manager to manage the equity plan and to implement and coordinate the employment equity plan and to implement and coordinate employment equity and cultural diversity initiatives internally and with external designated groups​

Assist in investigations by assigning a co-investigator, reviewing results, making recommendations ensuring they are acted upon.
Any person or persons who feel they have been the subject of inequitable treatment should report it immediately to Human Resources or to their manager.
